Continuing its celebration of all things SB, Copenhagen-based Soulland joins with Nike’s skate division once again, this time offering an interpretation of the iconic Blazer Mid. The third instalment of the ongoing FRI.day concept, it pays homage to the Tokyo skate scene and its continued coming together with fashion – a trend first brought to the attention of the Soulland founders’ back in Nike SB’s early-‘00s beginnings.Constructed from leather and given an all-over snakeskin effect, it makes use of a muted off-white to the heel tab, foxing tape and reworked dual Swoosh branding, and is finished with both ‘Soulland’ and ‘FRI.day’ in contrasting red underfoot.
